Reporting to the Reliability Leader, the Maintenance Manager leads long-term planning and corporate Asset Reliability alignment. This manager applies maintenance best practices, manages teams and budgets, and supports equipment performance through planning, scheduling, and corrective action. The position uses CMMS systems, Standard Operating Procedures, and maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic and budgetary maintenance plans aligned with reliability objectives
Coach staff and manage staffing, roles, performance, and development
Optimize work identification, planning, scheduling, execution,



and follow-up
Establish preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance strategies in SAP
Track departmental KPIs and manage continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: At least five years of maintenance experience
Experience applying maintenance best practices in industrial environments
Technical diploma required; engineering degree preferred
Familiarity with CMMS systems
Experience applying Standard Operating Procedures
Apply maintenance leadership, SAP asset strategies, and KPI management to strengthen Maple Leaf Foods facility performance.
