As Production Supervisor, you guide floor staff toward daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and compliance. You supervise tasks, monitor performance, coach employees, and coordinate with maintenance, FSQA, H&S;, and planning teams. Your work supports HACCP, BRCGS, and Maple Leaf food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure production targets meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach floor staff
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements
Verify production records, batch sheets, and shift reports




Facilitate shift meetings and communicate operational updates
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent accreditation
Relevant experience in a unionized manufacturing setting
Three to five years of supervisory experience
Ability to analyze issues and implement corrective actions
Computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, SAP, and Kronos
