As Manager, Sales Governance and Operations, you will oversee governance processes, contracting activities, and strategic business projects. You will coordinate Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership. Your work supports compliance, operational analysis, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead prospect reviews, bid approvals, and governance checkpoints
Coordinate compliant proposal and bid response activities
Oversee government procurement vehicles and partner programs
Monitor governance metrics, bid performance, and win-loss trends




Improve business systems, workflows, and operational processes
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Five to eight-plus years in sales operations or governance
Government procurement, contracting, and competitive bid experience
Proficiency with ERP, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft 365
Eligibility for Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
