In Clio Work’s Drafting team, you will own playbook automations from vision through production. This hands-on individual contributor role requires product thinking, user-centered design, and judgment about trust and automation. You will help shape a complex area as AI capabilities evolve.
Key Responsibilities: Lead playbook automation design from ideation through polished production
Design AI-powered workflows with trust and explainability
Prototype continuously with Engineering as technology evolves
Frame opportunities and shape product direction
Connect Drafting across Clio Work and the wider platform
Requirements: 12+ years of Product Design experience
Direct experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows
Experience designing complex enterprise desktop and web workflows
Robust interaction, information architecture, usability, and visual design
Experience with accessibility standards including WCAG
Bring strategic product design, AI workflow expertise, and rapid prototyping to Clio Work’s legal technology experience.
