As an Operations Manager, you will supervise a high-performing operations team across multiple functions and facilities. You will drive productive resource use, reliable operations, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The work includes safety, compliance, workforce leadership, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Provide visible safety leadership through meetings, audits, training, and observations
Evaluate efficiency, reliability, quality metrics, and process adherence

Oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, and required technical training
Requirements: Five or more years in utility or related operational fields
Associates or technical degree preferred
Technical expertise in standards, procedures, and applicable regulations
Knowledge of work, asset management, and reporting applications
Three years of supervisory experience preferred
