Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for enrolled Patient Support Program patients
Provide therapy education, medication guidance, and adherence strategies

Maintain documentation and elevate clinical or operational concerns
Requirements: Active unrestricted Québec nursing license with OIIQ registration
Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or recognized equivalent designation
Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
