Lead multi-site field operations for Exodigo using work planning, resource allocation, and safety leadership. This position requires 100% travel Monday through Friday.
As Field Lead Supervisor, you will oversee multiple Field Leads and teams across large-scale project sites spanning tens of acres. You will coordinate schedules, subcontractors, logistics, budgets, and field technology. The work supports secure, efficient, high-quality execution aligned with Exodigo’s operational standards. You will report to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent sites
Develop daily and weekly work plans for milestones
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements
Allocate labor, equipment, materials, and on-site budgets
Track schedule, budget,



quality, safety, and efficiency metrics
Requirements: Five-plus years in field operations or related industries
At least two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership
Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and budgets
OSHA 30 certification required or obtainable within specified timeframe
Weekly regional travel, overnight travel, and occasional nationwide travel
Bring multi-site leadership, safety expertise, and operational coordination to Exodigo’s traveling field supervisor team across the United States.
