Shape enterprise architecture strategy and governance as OLG’s Principal Enterprise Architect Director, working fully onsite to align technology with corporate objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will guide business, application, data, and technology domains. The role develops target-state architectures, capability models, and roadmaps. It also advances application portfolio optimization, modernization, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and capability plans
Create roadmaps and influence stakeholders toward commitment
Build business cases for approval, funding, and prioritization
Set architecture strategies, policies, standards, and practices




Identify risks and design mitigation solutions
Requirements: Post-secondary degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Fifteen years in progressively advancing Technology or related roles
Ten-plus years of Enterprise Architecture experience
Significant Application Portfolio Management experience across complex organizations
Expertise in TOGAF, capability planning, governance, and technology strategy
Bring executive advisory, architecture governance, and portfolio modernization expertise to OLG’s enterprise transformation agenda onsite.
