As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will develop, evaluate, govern, and operationalize machine learning solutions. The work includes model risk management, explainability, AI safety, and production deployment. You will collaborate with engineering, product, security, governance, and business stakeholders on complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design, test, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions
Validate models for quality, performance, and risk compliance
Establish evaluation frameworks for predictive models and LLM applications
Conduct fairness, bias, and disparate impact assessments

Requirements: Seven or more years supporting production machine learning solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Python, CI/CD, and command-line scripting experience
PyTorch, scikit-learn, and production data pipeline experience
Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure or AWS
