Lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR programs as an experienced HR Generalist with The Loomex Group in a hybrid Peterborough setting.
As part of L•Hub, you will manage day-to-day human resources for The Loomex Group. This broad position covers onboarding, career development, wellness, compensation, HR systems, policies, compliance, and retention. You will advise managers and senior leadership while helping external clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, interviews, offers, and hiring processes
Lead consistent onboarding throughout employees’ first weeks
Spearhead the Pathways to Success program
Advise managers and SLT on employee relations
Maintain HR systems, policies, records, and compensation programs
Requirements: Five or more years in HR generalist experience
Degree or diploma in human resources or related field
Knowledge of federal and provincial employment requirements
Solid communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
Valid G driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
Bring practical HR advice, organized program leadership, and relationship-building skills to L•Hub and The Loomex Group.
