Lead Tools & Industrial Solutions growth at United Rentals through consultative selling, training, and sales support across an assigned territory.
As a Tools Product Development Manager, you serve as the subject matter expert for Tools & Industrial products and services. You support internal sales teams, customers, and business units through solution expertise. The position focuses on developing market share and supporting current and existing product lines.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Tools & Industrial market share within assigned geography
Provide custom solutions and expertise to larger customers
Support complex sales calls and solution selection
Conduct training to drive awareness and growth
Provide leads using SFDC, Dodge, PEC, and other tools
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
Seven or more years of solutions selling experience
Industrial Tools & Industrial products knowledge
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to travel 80% within assigned territory
Bring strategic selling, negotiation, training, and Tools & Industrial expertise to United Rentals’ sales organization.
