Lead client AI delivery for nesto’s Maestro platform from a hybrid Toronto or Montreal office, guiding production activation and model-risk approval.
As Director of AI Delivery, you will run end-to-end implementations for financial institution clients through Nesto Cloud. You will lead senior delivery teams, manage executive relationships, and convert agent evidence into decisions across requirements, testing, governance, and production. The role requires hands-on AI implementation experience and robust delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Set delivery approaches and build trust with client executives
Own plans, written exit criteria, and nine stage decisions
Lead delivery managers, underwriting experts, data scientists, and program PMs
Chair weekly agent evaluation reviews and prioritize Engineering tuning




Secure model-risk approvals and oversee shadow and production activation
Requirements: Client-facing delivery experience as an engagement or implementation leader
Experience leading senior teams and EVP-level working sessions
Hands-on client AI implementations from requirements through production
Ability to assess precision, recall, and model evidence
Experience defining exit criteria and documenting delivery decisions
Own client AI implementations for Maestro by combining delivery leadership, model-risk coordination, and production readiness expertise.
