This senior technical leadership role guides AIOS architecture across complex transformations. You will define standards for agent design, retrieval, memory, APIs, security, and responsible AI. The position also reviews squad decisions, mentors architects, and advises enterprise technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Define target-state enterprise architecture for complex AIOS transformations
Maintain standards for agents, orchestration, integration patterns, and APIs
Approve squad architecture decisions against enterprise standards
Govern reusable reference architectures across client engagements




Escalate platform-wide decisions and communicate architecture direction
Requirements: 15+ years in enterprise technology delivery
Enterprise AI platform experience with agentic AI and RAG
Expertise in orchestration, integration architecture, APIs, and cloud-native systems
Experience scaling standards across multiple teams
Security and data governance expertise for regulated AI systems
Shape scalable AIOS architecture through enterprise standards, reusable patterns, security, and technical leadership at Zafin.
