What You’ll Need Solid commitment to safety standards and operational excellence




Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Physically fit and able to perform demanding mill conditions (lifting up to 50 pounds, shoveling, 12-hour shifts)
3+ years in a milling environment
High mechanical aptitude
Ability to work a 14/14 day and night rotation
Ability to work in dusty, noisy environments and recognize hazards
Willingness to complete a criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug and alcohol test
Experience operating mobile equipment (track skid steer loader, forklift, rock truck)
Ability to monitor and operate mill circuits (Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, Tailings, Crushing, Elution, Control Room)
