As a Medium Term Planning Engineer, you will develop practical mining sequences across four key zones and historic orebodies. The role connects long-term strategies with operational requirements, using geological information, operational data, and scenario modelling. Collaboration spans Long-Term Planning, Short-Term Planning, Geology, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop rolling 12–36 month mine plans and annual budgets
Translate mine designs into executable extraction sequences
Optimize stope extraction, development, ventilation, and infrastructure
Evaluate risks, scenarios, trade-offs,



and operational performance
Provide technical guidance across planning and operational functions
Requirements: Technical degree in a mining-related field
Ontario P’Eng or ability to obtain certification
Underground mine planning or medium-term planning experience
Working knowledge of Deswik Suite, CAD, and Interactive Scheduler
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
