Reitmans (Canada) Limited seeks a Junior Fashion Designer to support PENN. collections. You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and key partners while developing ideas from research through final execution. The work includes fabrics, silhouettes, colour, fit, and garment construction.
Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, markets, and consumer preferences
Create sketches, garment concepts, palettes, and design packages
Support fabric, print, trim, and colour selection
Participate in fittings and collection reviews
Refine designs using feedback from collaborators
Requirements: Fashion Design diploma or related university degree
One to three years of fashion design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with AI-powered creative tools
French and English bilingualism required
