As an Overnight Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and lead daily operations. You coordinate operational plans, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety controls, and asset protection. You also develop Associates, oversee customer service, and support community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and profit goals through budget management
Analyze reports, trends, and community needs for market changes
Prioritize operations and direct Managers and Associates
Monitor safety, asset protection, and quality assurance controls
Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within guidelines
Requirements: Age 16 or older
Ability to follow Walmart policies and procedures
Ability to lead, train, and develop Associates
Ability to manage cash controls and merchandise handling
Ability to provide timely, respectful performance feedback
Support Walmart’s Sudbury store through overnight leadership, sales analysis, safety controls, and Associate development.
