In this role, you’ll have the prospect to:

Conduct and coordinate the necessary investigations to analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformities,



then collect and interpret relevant data to determine the root causes

Distinguish between immediate causes and root causes in order to recommend sustainable solutions

Recommend measures to correct identified issues and reduce the risk of recurrence

Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Monitor the actions implemented and evaluate their effectiveness

Identify potential risks that could lead to similar non-conformities or complaints

Contribute to the standardization and improvement of work methods that impact quality
