This LT02 position performs routine and specialized laboratory procedures according to prescribed policies and procedures. Responsibilities include specimen collection, test-result validation, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality control. The role also supports quality improvement, guidance, training, and orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Perform routine and specialized chemistry procedures
- Validate and report test results
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Complete quality control and improvement activities

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology school
- Hold a practicing, non-temporary Current Brunswick license
- Remain in good standing with the provincial society
- Attend work regularly and perform position duties
- Demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail
