This experienced hospitality revenue skilled will lead commercial strategy across a multi-property portfolio. The work combines revenue optimization, distribution management, and commercially focused marketing initiatives. You will advise General Managers and senior leadership with data-driven recommendations supporting occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop revenue strategies across three hotel properties
Lead dynamic pricing, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting
Analyze booking trends, markets, competitors, and historical performance
Monitor OTA performance, distribution channels, and direct bookings
Provide forecasts, reporting, and actionable recommendations to leadership
Requirements: Proven hotel revenue management or commercial strategy experience
Understanding of forecasting, pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization
Strong analytical skills interpreting financial and market data
Experience developing marketing initiatives supporting revenue generation
Knowledge of Canmore, Banff, or Whistler markets is an asset
