The Technology Governance & AI Intake Lead owns the business-unit technology and AI demand pipeline. This leader converts requests into scoped, prioritized initiatives with business cases and measured baselines. The role also manages analysts mapping business processes to technology and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Own the single-front-door technology and AI intake pipeline
Convert demand into scoped, prioritized, business-cased initiatives
Run portfolio prioritization and governance and risk gating
Coordinate vendor and tool evaluation for requests
Manage stakeholders, expectations, and pipeline communications
Requirements: Eight-plus years in technology governance or portfolio management
Two-plus years leading or managing teams
Senior business stakeholder relationship-management experience
AI literacy and responsible-AI governance familiarity
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Lead technology governance, AI intake, portfolio prioritization, and responsible-AI coordination while guiding business-unit demand.
