The role also supports productivity, reliability, quality control, cost efficiency, and incident avoidance.
Key Responsibilities: Plan manpower and equipment requirements while minimizing overtime
Administer dispatch and maintain master delivery schedules
Assign work duties supporting safety, service, and productivity




Investigate incidents and complete corrective actions promptly
Coordinate Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Service communications
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related field
Three to five years' relevant distribution or logistics experience preferred
One to three years' progressively responsible supervisory experience
Robust MS Office and reporting skills required
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
