Key Responsibilities: Lead design for complex transactional services
Develop journeys, blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
Conduct research, usability testing, and design validation
Apply enterprise design systems and accessible interaction patterns
Support implementation through specifications and design reviews
Requirements: Experience leading complex transactional service design
Knowledge of AODA and WCAG requirements
Experience researching diverse user groups
Excellent visual, written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to work onsite five days weekly in Toronto
Use service design, research, accessibility, and validation expertise to shape practical government service experiences for Ontario businesses.
