As a Specialist, Risk Control, you will support farm industry and energy specialty risk services. The work includes power generation, mining, chemicals, oil and gas, and renewable energy. You will collaborate with national loss prevention, underwriting, marketing, and claims teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement departmental standards and guidelines
Provide loss prevention consultations and tailored service plans
Support underwriting, marketing, and claims teams
Review internal risk assessment reports for quality




Share knowledge through assessments and training seminars
Requirements: At least ten years of progressive property and casualty insurance experience
Excellent property risk control knowledge in energy specialties
Knowledge of fire protection and building codes, including NFPA
Experience with Factory Mutual Data Sheets
Solid analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills
