Lead production teams at McCain through coaching, communication, and operational management across rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily area operations while developing direct reports and maintaining shift-to-shift consistency. The role combines personnel leadership, raw-material management, training coordination, and administrative responsibilities. You will help ensure production targets, quality standards, customer specifications, and established procedures remain consistent.
Key Responsibilities: Lead assigned area operations and manage raw materials effectively
Coach, train, develop, and recognize direct reports
Maintain safety practices and complete accident investigations




Coordinate production requirements with Shift Managers
Champion PlantPax/FTView, SAP, MDI, and related systems
Requirements: Two to three years of team leadership experience
Food or beverage manufacturing experience is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or Business is an asset
Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and collaborate effectively
Bring production leadership, employee coaching, safety awareness, and operational discipline to McCain’s daily manufacturing operations.
