BDO seeks a Financial Analyst, Valuations & Modelling, with one to two years in audit or valuations and mergers and acquisitions. You will support business valuations, investment fund engagements, audit support, and complex financial instrument valuations. The role combines modelling, valuation reporting, client communication, and collaboration across advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in business valuation engagements for tax and transaction purposes
Value investment funds and portfolio companies using CBV Institute standards
Prepare valuation memos supporting fair value and compliance




Model complex financial instruments using recognized methodologies
Draft valuation reports and presentations with team support
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
One to two years in audit or valuations practice
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to pursue a CBV designation
Build valuation expertise through financial modelling, critical analysis, and client-focused advisory work at BDO Montreal.
