As a Contract Specialist, Medical Equipment and Supplies, you will translate complex information into recommendations for operational and strategic decisions. The work covers procurement, contract management, inventory, supplier performance, financial forecasting, and formulary activities. Your insights help identify service risks, impacts, and opportunities across Ontario’s MES portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct vendor, inventory, procurement, and operational trend analysis
Identify root causes, risks, impacts, and improvement recommendations
Support market assessments, RFIs, RFPs, and procurement evaluations




Assist formulary reviews, utilization analysis, and recommendations
Coordinate analytical support for MES projects and working groups
Requirements: Experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations
Experience preparing formal written reports and trend analysis
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Three years’ related experience would provide an advantage
Bring procurement analysis, vendor performance, and healthcare supply chain knowledge to Ontario Health atHome’s MES team.
