This Staff People Business Partner role serves as principal advisor to executive and frontline leaders across Finance, Product, and Content. You will connect business trajectory, organizational health, talent strategy, and transformation through multi-year planning. The work requires organizational design, workforce planning, employment law knowledge, and strong executive influence.
Key Responsibilities: Advise executive and frontline leaders across Finance, Product, and Content
Drive multi-year People strategies for client groups
Lead organizational design, restructures, and operating model transformations




Provide executive coaching and leadership development support
Present people insights influencing company-wide business strategy
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
Senior or Staff-level experience supporting Finance and Product organizations
Expertise in organizational design, investigations, talent, and performance management
Employment law knowledge across multiple jurisdictions
Solid executive presence, data fluency, and change leadership
Bring strategic People partnership, organizational architecture, executive coaching, and data insight to Clio’s growing global business.
