Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage all sales and operational budgets
• Drive financial plans to enhance gross margins
• Develop effective marketing plans for social media and community events
• Recruit, train, and onboard all studio staff
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sales leadership in Health & Fitness
• Personal Training Certification required
• 3+ years of management experience
