As an experienced Maintenance Planner, you will build plans and work packages for reliable mill operations. The position emphasizes outage coordination, maintenance scheduling, CMMS expertise, and collaboration across functional teams. You will help keep planned work organized and support trades personnel with required resources.
Key Responsibilities: Build routine and extended outage maintenance plans
Manage major and minor maintenance outages efficiently
Coordinate staffing, tools, equipment, and materials
Support trades personnel completing planned maintenance safely




Partner across departments to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements: Strong technical background from relevant post-secondary education
Experience creating comprehensive job plans and work packages
Experience coordinating maintenance outages
Advanced Computerized Maintenance Management Systems skills
Understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices
Bring outage coordination, CMMS knowledge, and maintenance planning skills to Tolko’s High Prairie mill modernization.
