Key Responsibilities: Own customer experience, service-level, compliance, and QA outcomes
Lead executive vendor governance, QBRs, and escalations
Define horizontal operational strategies across the vendor network
Use analysis and scenario modeling to prioritize interventions
Drive vendor migrations, rollouts,



and regulatory implementations
Requirements: 8+ years in vendor management, operations, or related fields
Solid analytical background and independent analysis capability
Experience influencing internal and vendor executives
Track record driving accountability through scorecards and governance
Experience leading large cross-functional programs with measurable impact
