The Manager Fleet Central/Ontario provides strategic and operational leadership for fleet maintenance activities. You will oversee garages, maintenance programs, budgets, resources, vendors, and compliance. The role supports fleet reliability, continuous improvement, and business objectives through collaboration with Operations and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations across 21 Ontario garages
Oversee safe, reliable, effective vehicle maintenance programs
Lead five Fleet Operations Managers and 50 technicians
Analyze costs and develop corrective action plans
Maintain ISO quality systems and DriveOn programs
Requirements: Certified mechanic license preferred, or related education and experience
Knowledge of heavy-duty and light-duty vehicle maintenance
Fleet maintenance management systems experience
Leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
