As an SEO Strategist, Multifamily, you guide search for multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios. You shape technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, content priorities, and ranking explanations. The role covers classic organic results and AI search, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
Key Responsibilities: Own technical SEO roadmaps for multifamily clients
Improve crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategies and content priorities with writers
Develop AI search visibility alongside organic rankings




Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements: Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and implementing fixes personally
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Explicit spoken English for live calls with US clients
