As a Client Services Representative, you will engage clients promptly, resolve concerns, and support seamless experiences. The work emphasizes call handling, critical thinking, accurate typing, and knowledge of plumbing and HVAC services. One to three years of call center experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Receive high-volume inbound calls and make outbound client calls
Book appointments at a high conversion rate
Identify requests, provide solutions, and de-escalate concerns
Record detailed client interactions while minimizing hold times




Follow call flows, scripts, productivity standards, and quality goals
Requirements: One to three years of call center experience preferred
Accurate talking and typing skills at least 45 words per minute
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Robust judgment and critical thinking skills
Microsoft Suite proficiency; SERVICE TITAN experience is a plus
