Key Responsibilities: Review mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability, and risk
Collect, evaluate, and analyze tax and income documentation
Verify conditions and obtain exception approvals before next steps
Maintain records, reports, application information, and detailed notes




Prepare conditional mortgage commitments according to approved terms
Requirements: Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business, or related fields
Two to four years of recent administrative support experience
Financial services or mortgage background highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
