As an Analyst within the second line of defense, you will help maintain Market Risk governance and compliance activities. Your work will include PRC inventory management, regulatory inventory updates, monitoring and testing, and governance reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the first and second lines of defense.
Key Responsibilities: Execute control testing and document results
Maintain Market Risk PRC and regulatory inventories
Support Monitoring & Testing Plan activities
Prepare governance materials and senior management reporting
Analyze issues, trends, gaps, and control information
Requirements: One to two years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of risk management and internal controls
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Build Market Risk expertise through control testing, regulatory compliance, PRC inventory management, and governance reporting at BMO.
