This Delivery Lead shapes solutions for a Practice or Service Group, including AMS, IMS, or SI. The role supports sales and oversees estimating, mobilization, execution, and closure. Success is measured through schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, and deliverable quality.
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project work plans, controls, governance, and monitoring
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, issues, and project risks
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Represent Avanade in governance meetings and manage client expectations
Coordinate Avanade, subcontractor, onshore,



offshore, and nearshore resources
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of technology, function, platform, or capability
Experience estimating work effort and expenses using standard tools
Ability to manage formal change enablement and change management
Ability to monitor financial performance against customer agreements
Ability to determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
Apply project governance, requirements traceability, financial oversight, and relationship management to successful Avanade delivery outcomes.
