As a Consultant on MNP’s Property Tax Services team, you will support assessment and tax engagements. The work combines property analysis, valuation research, assessment audits, and client reporting. You will develop knowledge, responsibility, and independence while working under Managers and senior team members.
Key Responsibilities: Support property assessment and tax engagements
Research real estate markets and analyze properties
Review assessment records, rent rolls, and financial statements
Assist with valuations, audits, and data reconciliation
Prepare appeals, reports, presentations, and client deliverables
Requirements: Post-secondary education in valuation, real estate, or related fields
Interest in property assessment, taxation, valuation, or consulting
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Build property taxation expertise through real estate research, valuation analysis, client reporting, and assessment support at MNP.
