Administrative Assistant Full-Time | Cornwall, Prince Edward Island
Arsenault Bros. Construction is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, providing administrative assistance across multiple departments, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a busy office environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing: Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Greet visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel
Provide administrative support, including spreadsheets, trackers, filing, and data entry
Coordinate meeting rooms, hotel and conference bookings, and catering
Manage office supplies, mail, couriers, and ordering
Assist with the coordination of company events, employee activities, and company clothing orders
Complete local office errands, pickups, and deliveries as required
Perform other administrative duties as required
What You Bring to the Role: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word,



and Excel
Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support is considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
Valid driver’s licence
