As an AI Delivery Manager, you focus on functional mastery and SaaS delivery for Nesto Cloud’s AI-powered underwriting platform. You support workstreams through scoping, labeling, configuration, tuning, adjudication, and production delivery. Client workshops, operational transformation, and technical discussions are central to execution.
Key Responsibilities: Support agents across condition-family implementation workstreams
Lead client underwriter pod calibration and production labeling
Resolve ambiguous labels and policy questions within SLA
Co-own process blueprints, value baselines, and delivery artifacts




Build implementation playbooks and manage platform dependencies
Requirements: Three to five years in technology implementation or transformation
Ability to master complex software platforms quickly
Confidence leading client workshops and teams
Technical comfort discussing system logic without coding
Experience owning client implementations end to end
Bring client delivery, process mapping, and AI platform skills to Maestro implementations across nesto’s mortgage technology ecosystem.
