As Production Planner, you will schedule finished goods, raw materials, and resources across a manufacturing facility. The position requires production-capacity analysis, inventory control, SAP, and communication with Sales, Marketing, warehousing, and Production. You will balance customer expectations, sanitary requirements, preventative maintenance, productivity, and product code dates.
Key Responsibilities: Create production schedules using capacity and packaging analysis
Plan ingredient quantities and monitor required production volumes
Coordinate packaging and ingredient inventory counts in SAP




Advise Production on quantities needed for availability
Reconcile plant variances and complete period-end activities
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Materials Management or related business
Three to five years of production inventory experience
Solid analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and logistics software
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Apply production scheduling, inventory analysis, and SAP expertise to support Lactalis Canada manufacturing and Parmalat demand.
