As Vice President, People Business Partners & Talent Development, you will oversee the PBP and L&D; teams. You will architect talent density strategy, advise executive leadership, and report to the Chief People Officer. The work connects workforce planning, organizational design, learning, performance, and global people strategy. Clio’s legal AI technology supports professionals and law firms worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Unify PBP and L&D; functions around performance gaps
Lead executive succession and organizational design strategy
Oversee AI-augmented learning and personalized growth paths
Refine performance management and transparent career mobility
Maintain cohesive people strategy across global jurisdictions
Requirements: 10+ years leading high-growth People teams
Deep Business Partner and Learning Development experience
Understanding of ARR, Churn, and LTV metrics
Large-scale change, M&A;, or reorganization experience
Executive influence and internal product-building experience
Lead Clio’s people strategy by connecting executive partnership, organizational design, learning, and high-performing culture globally.
