This manager-level role serves as Liftoff’s technical accounting expert across revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, debt, and capitalized software. You will research positions, guide policy, implement recent standards, and support financial reporting. The work involves complex transactions across Liftoff’s AI-powered mobile app marketing business.
Key Responsibilities: Research and document technical accounting positions
Own accounting policies and new standard implementation
Prepare journal entry support for complex areas
Prepare equity statements, cash flows, and footnotes
Support audits with technical documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Six years of experience and a CPA
Public accounting experience, ideally Big Four experience
Expertise in US GAAP and complex accounting matters
Strong analytical and communication skills
