As Partner and Community Manager, you will own relationships with premium SMB communities, ecosystem partners, and sponsored events. You will create repeatable programs that generate leads, demos, and approvals. The role sits within Relay’s Demand Generation team, focused on quality revenue and stronger connections with business owners.
Key Responsibilities: Build long-term relationships with premium SMB communities
Own ecosystem partner co-marketing activations
Develop repeatable partner and community marketing playbooks
Run third-party and sponsored events
Organize partner and community landscape databases
Requirements: Four or more years in partner, community, and event marketing
Experience running multi-stakeholder programs end to end
Co-marketing experience with ecosystem or platform partners
Track record connecting programs with business results
Based in Toronto and able to work hybrid
Bring relationship building, event execution, and measurable demand generation to Relay’s partner and community marketing programs.
