Key Responsibilities: Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
Stress test agents in live environments
Provide explicit technical feedback on complex system behaviors
Requirements: Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
Build production-grade software with modular service separation
Handle live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
Work from an accepted applicant country
Apply OpenClaw orchestration, agent debugging, and systems integration skills to Outlier’s autonomous AI projects.
