EHN Canada seeks a Counsellor I for its interdisciplinary treatment team in Saskatoon. The position provides care for Operational Stress Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and co-occurring mental health and addiction issues. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, advocacy, assessment, and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-based individual treatment, education, and progress assessment
- Facilitate abstinence-based relapse prevention groups and education
- Coordinate cases and communicate across inter-professional teams
- Develop treatment goals and support resident-centered care planning
- Prepare aftercare plans, referrals, discharge summaries, and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or related field
- Registration in good standing with the required professional body
- Experience facilitating therapeutic and group programs
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and cooperative skills
