This principal-level specialist develops and executes procurement strategies for large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects. The work includes should cost models, bid requirements, supplier negotiations, contract risk management, and post-award performance oversight. You will support business stakeholders while advancing project savings targets and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities: Execute procurement strategies for high-value capital project goods and services
Develop cost models, project justifications, and technical bid requirements
Lead bidding, proposal evaluation, and business awards
Negotiate commercial terms, modifications,



and additional work orders
Manage supplier performance, KPIs, milestones, and contract risks
Requirements: Expertise in construction project contracts and EPC procurement
Knowledge of contract law and contractual forms
Ability to develop complex negotiation strategies and plans
Experience managing critical supplier relationships and disputes
Ability to coach sourcing professionals on contract management
