Key Responsibilities: Build functional documentation for Equisoft/centralize web modules and workflows
Explore applications and interview experts to document existing behavior
Map desktop capabilities to web-platform equivalents
Document client requests with structured Jira tickets




Support development and QA with functional validation
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another university discipline
Two to five years of similar experience, preferably in SaaS
Advanced Jira and Confluence experience or equivalent tools
Experience gathering knowledge and creating structured documentation
Excellent written and spoken French and English
Bring precision, organization, AI-assisted documentation, and bilingual communication to Equisoft's evolving insurance technology platforms in Montreal.
