Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A; & Operational Finance in Shelburne, Ontario. This leadership role combines strategic finance with hands-on operational finance across multiple sites. Hybrid work, solid emphasis on profitability and performance improvement.
You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with Operations and Commercial teams to drive margin and EBITDA growth, and coach a high-performing finance team.
