As Scheduling Manager, you collaborate with project managers, superintendents, clients, executives, and project stakeholders. You coordinate schedules across diverse construction phases and delivery methods. Your work includes resource-loaded schedules, change management, 4D scheduling, and progress analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules and prepare proposal schedules
Develop resource and cost-loaded construction schedules
Analyze delays, time impacts, risks, and opportunities
Oversee 2D visual and 4D graphic schedules
Coach project teams on contractual schedule requirements




Requirements: 10-15 years of progressive construction scheduling experience preferred
Four years of supervisory experience considered an asset
Expert knowledge of construction methods and specifications
Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and proposal documents
Effective communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
